Fund Management

ADB is responsible for

  • designing, preparing, overseeing, coordinating, and managing the projects and activities under the PRC Fund
  • office, secretarial, and equipment support

The Office of Regional Economic Integration (OREI) is responsible for

  • managing the PRC Fund and functions as the communication link to the PRC Government on technical matters
  • reporting on implementation progress to the PRC Government on the activities financed under the Fund
  • supporting applicant departments in project processing.

The applicant departments are responsible for developing, processing, and implementing the individual projects.

The Office of Cofinancing Operations

  • acts as the official channel of communications between the PRC Government (and other possible participating donors) and ADB
  • monitors and reports on the financial performance of the PRC Fund.
