Activities

The technical assistance program consists of carrying out of technical assistance projects covering project preparation, advisory services, project implementation, and other activities, which may be agreed upon by the Government of Finland and ADB.

ADB carries out the identification, preparation, appraisal and supervision of the projects according to its policies and procedures. For the projects, ADB will select and engage consultants following ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants and Guidelines for Procurement.
