2. REGA project development to pre-feasibility/feasibility stage:
   

   Phase 1: The following draft final pre-feasibility study reports have been prepared and finalized.

   • Wind Power Supply to Ly Son Island District, Quang Ngai Province
   • Geothermal Power Plant in Mo Duc District, Quang Ngai Province
   • Boiler Replacement
   • Nam Soi Small Hydro Power Plant
   • Rice Husk Power Plant

   Phase 2: : Reports of the following additional project pre-feasibility studies have been prepared and are being reviewed/revised.

   • Small Hydropower Plant
   • Sugar Cane Power Plant

   Project feasibility study/ CDM Project Design Document (PDD) developed:

   • Small Hydropower Plant


3. Policies and strategies for developing and promoting REGA technologies: Report was prepared and reviewed. A Renewable Energy Law has been drafted.
