Program Management of PREGA

The Steering Committee [ PDF: 47kb | 1 page ] of REACH provides overall guidance and supervision of the Netherlands Cooperation Fund.

The Working Group of REACH [ PDF: 61kb | 2 pages ] is responsible for coordinating and managing the activities under the Netherlands Cooperation Fund, in close collaboration with each participating country. It has the following bodies with corresponding tasks and responsibilities assigned to them under the PREGA project:

• National Counterpart Agency (NCA) [ PDF: 92kb | 2 pages ]


• focal point for ADB
• chairs the National Implementation Committee
• coordinates the activities of the National Technical Experts


• National Implementation Committee (NIC)


• provides guidance to the National Technical Experts and National Counterpart Agency
• reviews country work plan
• monitors activities of the National Technical Experts
