TA 4500-PAK: Capacity Building for Alternative Energy Development Board

Purpose

The purpose of the small-scale technical assistance (SSTA) is to strengthen the institutional capacity and technical capability of AEDB to facilitate and coordinate GOP's efforts to promote the development of renewable energy (RE).

Output

The TA will result in:
  1. allowing AEDB to more effectively carry out its mandate to facilitate and coordinate various RE initiatives,
  2. capacity building of existing and new AEDB staff, and
  3. a communications and outreach strategy to raise national awareness of RE.
