Objectives:
The workshop's objectives are:
- clarify forestry-related climate change issues under negotiation;
- identify national and regional preferences;
- link climate change and forestry experts;
- improve communication between and within countries; and
- provide an opportunity for presenting ADB's experience with and expectations from the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), particularly with respect to its forestry operations.
