Reform Initiatives

In a relatively short period (2004–2007), ADB has completed and mainstreamed many of reform agenda’s 19 initiatives. While an assessment of the contribution of these reforms to the following development outcomes would be premature, some output indicators, such as those for operational design and implementation, are improving.
