How to File a Complaint?
Complaints must be in writing and addressed specifically to the Special Project Facilitator (SPF). Complaints will be accepted by mail, facsimile, electronic mail, and by hand delivery to the SPF at ADB headquarters: Special Project Facilitator Complaints will also be accepted by any ADB office such as a resident mission or representative office, which will forward them unopened to SPF. |
