Social Protection for Poor Women Vendors in Mindanao Cities
The Project will complement the counterpart loan through innovative interventions designed to assist poor women vendors in selected public markets in Mindanao. It will also provide sustainable and gender-sensitive social safety nets for Mindanao’s poor vendors.

Public Health and Nutrition
The Project will assist in the development of urban nutrition management, focusing on children under five and women in production age. One of the components aims to examine the effectiveness of formal and non-formal social safety nets to protect the nutrition status and food security.

Mobilizing the Poor for Better Access to Health
The Project will pilot a sustainable approach for reducing causes of poverty and ill-health among marginalized women and children. One of the three objectives is to introduce access to health services through a bottom-up referral system with the poor.

Sindh Devolved Social Services Program
The Project aims to improve the people's education, health, access to water, and sanitation. It will finance government support for district social services development based on annual block grants and targeted grants based on district plans, population, area, and performance. Partnerships will be developed between local governments, community-based organizations and NGOs.

Disaster Preparedness and Management Capacity Building
This involves capacity building in the Office of Disaster Management.

Strengthening the Involuntary Resettlement Practices for the Yichang-Wanzhou Railway Project
The Project will ensure that resettlement happens in line with Asian Development Bank (ADB) policy (safeguard) and will improve the efficiency of the recording of land acquisition (governance).

Rural Livelihood Enhancement through Participatory Resettlement Planning for Irrigation Development
The Project will assist the Government in introducing a participatory approach in addressing land acquisition and resettlement issues under large-scale irrigation projects.
