This Quarterly Bulletin aims at providing data for analyzing short-term economic trends and shaping the content and direction of both monetary and fiscal policies. It is compiled for nine countries for which statistical data are reported on a regular and reliable basis. Through its technical assistance activities, ADB hopes that the list of countries could be gradually augmented.
The Bulletin will be compiled at the end of each quarter and disseminated the first week of the following quarter.

Macroprudential Indicators

Asset and financial markets are highly vulnerable to instability, and need strict monitoring. ADB provided assistance to some of its developing member countries to produce and disseminate a set of 67 commonly agreed macroprudential indicators. These indicators are released on a quarterly or monthly basis by six countries.
