Statistical System Development - Phase III
The project is aimed to continue the statistical capacity building in the National Institute of Statistics to sustain and improve the ongoing activities started in the first two technical assistance projects; to strengthen the statistical capability of the provincial and municipality planning offices; to strengthen the statistical units in some line ministries; to help strengthen the coordination of the statistical system; and to improve the coverage, timeliness and relevance of the national statistical database.
