 Asian Development Outlook 2010: Democratic Republic of Timor-LesteHigh government expenditure, largely funded by revenue from petroleum production, supported moderate but slower growth in 2009. Timor-Leste and ADB
Timor-Leste has received $27.25 million in total technical assistance since 1999. Before joining ADB in 2002, ADB assistance to Timor-Leste was conveyed through the United Nations
Transitional Authority in East Timor.
