Transport Strategies and Roadmaps in CPSThe Country Partnership Strategy (CPS) defines ADB’s medium-term development strategy for a country. It provides a blueprint of how ADB’s assistance will contribute to the achievement of a country’s development and poverty reduction goals. A sector roadmap is formulated for each priority sector to identify key areas where ADB can provide most valuable support.
