• organized the Water Development Partners Panel
• participated in the Water Infrastructure Financing Panel and significantly contributed to the Panel's report and recommendations
• participated in the Ministerial Conference on 22-23 March 2003

ADB convened more than 15 of the Forum's sessions and sponsored more than 100 presentations. The sessions were divided into the five themes.
