Performance Benchmarking A benchmarking exercise will determine the performance levels of members in core areas of water utility operations. |

Twinning Arrangements Twinning projects between advanced and developing water utilities will focus on specific technical or managerial capacity. |

Training Programs Training programs, study tours, and pilot activities will be organized for critical issues like non-revenue water reduction or water demand management. |

Workshops and Seminars Members will be invited to attend seminars or workshops to get knowledge and exposure on subjects related to utility performance. |
 |
Knowledge Development Monographs on several subjects will be commissioned, among them on tariff structure, sanitation strategies, and more. |
