The South East Asian Water Utilities Network (SEAWUN) is a regional association of water supply and sanitation utilities and national water associations created to help its members improve their services.
Established in 2002, SEAWUN has become a strong regional, non-profit and self-sustaining organization focused on benchmarking, full cost recovery, nonrevenue water reduction, and human resources development. |

SEAWUN Releases 2nd Utilities Data Book
The South East Asian Water Utilities Network (SEAWUN) recently released its second Data Book of Southeast Asian Water Utilities, a compilation of information on the performance of 40 water utilities in Southeast Asia, as part of the second phase of its benchmarking program. The organization published its first data book in 2004. |
