GOVERNMENT OF NETHERLANDS

The Government of Netherlands, through its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was the first to join the Fund. It committed US$19.4 million to be disbursed in annual tranches.

The contributions received are as follows:

December 2001 US$ 4.00 million
December 2002 US$ 4.00 million
December 2003 US$ 5.15 million
December 2004 US$ 5.15 million
August 2006 US$ 1.10 million

GOVERNMENT OF NORWAY

The Government of Norway, through its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, committed a total of NKr 15 million (equivalent to approximately $2.1 million) for the period 2003-2005.

The contributions received are as follows:

August 2003 US$ 0.40 million
September 2004 US$ 0.90 million
May 2005 US$ 0.80 million
