Performance Based Management Contracts (PBMC) let out by three ULBs in the next three years
- State Water Utility (SWU) to develop an inventory of assets/ supplies and capacity for all the (58) ULBs
- Invite the ULBs to participate to share the information from SWU, and a roundtable session on the PSP options - focusing on PBMC
- Identify the willing ULBs
- ULBs take 1 - 1.5 years to develop the projects (PBMC) with ADB's assistance.
