ADF VIII Midterm ReviewDonor members, management, and senior staff of ADB met in Washington, D.C. on 14-15 April 2003 to undertake a Midterm Review of the ADF VIII. The objective of the meeting was to take stock of ADB’s progress in implementing the recommendations set out by donors in the ADF VIII Donors’ Report. In this regard, ADB prepared an Integrated Report, highlighting the progress of implementation of ADF VIII, and other specific reports that were requested by the donors. At the end of the meeting, a Chairman’s Summary was also prepared to highlight discussions made during the meeting and to request ADB Management to consider the understandings reached among donors at the ADF VIII Midterm Review Meeting.
