Over 4,000 delegates gathered in Manila for ADB's 45th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors. The four-day meeting which ended on 5 May, brought together ministers of finance and development, central bankers, private sector representatives, civil society and media to discuss a broad range of issues linked to ADB's mission to reduce poverty.
