Delivering Effective Public Services
04 May 2013 (2:00 pm-3:30 pm, Hall 8, Room 1)

Such investment needs to be accompanied by strengthened accountability and a commitment to ensuring quality, accessibility and affordability. Drawing from examples in the region and around the world, leading experts will share insights on the role of information and communications technology, capable administrative and personnel systems, government transparency, and citizen voice in promoting effective delivery of public services.
