It became operational on 01 May 2007 and has received a total commitment of $151.8 million from participants comprising of Belgium, on behalf of the Flemish Region, Finland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. The Organizational Meeting of Participants was held on 30 May 2007 at ADB's European Representative Office (ERO) in Frankfurt, Germany. The acceptance of participation to the Fund was closed on 30 June 2007. |
