| Technical Assistance: Harmonization and Development Effectiveness |

| The Government of the Philippines has sought advisory technical assistance (TA) from ADB in continuing support of the country's implementation of the Paris Declaration for Development Effectiveness and the Accra Agenda for Action, international commitments to accelerate progress toward development effectiveness. The TA is included in the country operations business plan for 2007-2008 and is the second in a series of TAs to support development effectiveness in the Philippines. |
