Description
This Framework for Action (the Framework) was prepared by representatives of ADB, member country governments, nongovernment organizations (NGOs), and the private sector. The Framework seeks to give full effect to relevant ADB policies, in particular, the policy on Cooperation Between Asian Development Bank and Nongovernment Organizations (the Policy). The Framework was approved by the President of ADB on 6 May 2003.
