Description
This is the fourth year that the Operations Evaluation Department (OED) has prepared the Annual Report (AR) on Loan and Technical Assistance Portfolio Performance for the Development Effectiveness Committee (DEC) of the Board of Directors of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The AR 2004 utilizes data compiled primarily by the Project Coordination and Procurement Division (COPP) of the Central Operations Services Office (COSO), as well as data from the Controller’s Department (CTL), the Economics and Research Department (ERD), the Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD), and other sources both in ADB and external.
