The country operations business plan (COBP) describes the consistency of the business plan with the country partnership/regional cooperation strategy, including grants and projects in the pipeline.
Early in 2012 ADB decided to update the COBP 2012–2013 for Armenia to reflect recent government programs and plans. This COBP (Update), 2012–2013 supports the government’s Sustainable Development Program and takes into account the government's 5-year action plan for 2012–2017.
