Description
This Country Operations Business Plan (COBP) describes the consistency of the business plan with the country partnership strategy, including grants and projects in the pipeline, as a supporting document for the Bhutan Country Partnership Strategy (CPS).
The three pillars promoted by the CPS—broad-based economic growth, inclusive social development, and good governance—continue to guide ADB’s annual assistance program as reflected in the ensuing country operations business plans.
