Institutional Document | February 2014

The country operations business plan (COBP) for Bhutan for 2014-2016 describes the consistency of the business plan with the interim country partnership strategy for Bhutan for 2014.

This country operations business plan (COBP) identifies lending and nonlending programs for 2014-2016 and is fully in line with the direction and strategic priorities outlined in the interim country partnership strategy (CPS) for Bhutan for 2014. The interim CPS 2014 extends the validity of the interim CPS, 2012-2013 until the next full CPS, 2014-2018 is prepared in line with the government's Eleventh Five-Year Plan, 2013-2018. Under the interim CPS, ADB's assistance will continue to be focused on the four priority sectors: energy; finance; transport, and information and communication technology; and water supply and other municipal infrastructure and services.
