Source Book: Diagnostics to Assist Preparation of Governance Risk Assessments

The Draft Sourcebook: Diagnostics to Assist Preparation of Governance Risk Assessments (the Sourcebook) complements the Guidelines for Implementation of ADB's Second Governance and Anticorruption Action Plan (GACAP II). It offers a compilation of short summaries of existing diagnostic studies, tools, and analytical frameworks which can assist the preparation of risk assessments/risk management plans required under GACAP II.

The draft Sourcebook focuses on the three governance thematic priorities under GACAP II: (i) public financial management, (ii) public procurement, and (iii) combating corruption. Under each thematic priority, information and weblinks are provided on available diagnostics that various development partners and organizations have developed.

We would like to invite practitioners to comment on the draft Sourcebook. Suggestions for its improvement are most welcome. Please send them to governancefocalpoint@adb.org before 28 February 2009.
