Description
ADB's Board of Directors established the Ethics Committee and adopted procedures that apply to ethics matters concerning Directors, Alternate Directors, and Temporary Alternate Directors in respect of their duties as such in order to ensure sound governance pursuant to the Code of Conduct for members of the Board of Directors adopted on 21 November 2006. The provisions also apply to the President, where applicable, both in the capacity as Chair of the Board and as President.
