External Consultations to Review the ADB's Inspection Function

The Manila consultation was held at ADB Headquarters on 20-21 June 2002. There were 67 participants. The participants included government officials, representatives of civil society (primarily NGOs, and project-affected people and requesters in ADB inspection requests), and private sector representatives.
