- presented recent country experiences and lessons in the area of energy efficiency and clean energy with focus on technology and financing including market and commercial financing.

- Participants who were experts in the filed of climate change and energy from a range of fields including energy research, policy formulation and implementation, energy projects, technology development and market financing in ADB's developing member countries, came from research institutions, government and the private sector.
