Description
This policy paper is a recommendation to expand the scope of the Clean Energy Financing Partnership Facility (CEFPF) through (i) additional uses of financing partners’ grant contributions; (ii) acceptance and administration of financing partners’ non-grant contributions; and (iii) application of financing partners’ non-grant contributions.
