Description
This paper sets out the political and economic changes in the Republic of Fiji since the last update was circulated to the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Board of Directors on 4 April 2011. This update is provided in accordance with ADB’s Fiji Islands: Reengagement Approach, which noted that the Board of Directors be updated on the evolving country situation and that ADB would assess the appropriateness to reengage with Fiji.
