Description
This is the seventh GDCF report presenting progress and achievements from all grant components, technical assistance, and subprojects approved or implemented in 2010. It includes reports on financial progress and makes suggestions for ways forward in 2011. At the request of donors during the annual consultation meeting in November 2010, Manila, this report is structured along with that of the GAD Plan of Action to better articulate how GDCF has contributed to the implementation of the Plan of Action.
