The country operations business plan (COBP), 2012-2013 for Georgia supports government efforts to develop and rehabilitate strategic and basic infrastructure to reduce road transport constraints on economic activity and improve service delivery in municipal infrastructure. The COBP is consistent with the interim operational strategy (IOS), and the government's medium-term development strategy and core sector strategies. The first country partnership strategy (CPS) for the country will be prepared during this COBP period (2012-2013).
