Description
These guidelines cover the preparation of performance evaluation reports for ADB projects, programs, and technical assistance in the public sector. It has been amended in March 2013 to reflect changes in category labels and rating weights.
Adoption of these new guidelines represents a further step in the process of harmonizing ADB's performance evaluation process with those of its major development partners.
