Initial Assessment of Post-Primary Education (PPE) in Myanmar: Discussion Paper

This initial assessment provides a preliminary analysis of Post-Primary Education in Myanmar, including gaps or strategic priorities concerning the three subsectors. It also provides an interim identification of options for ADB looking forward.

This paper was prepared as a basis for dialogue with the government and possible ADB support to Myanmar's Comprehensive Education Sector Review (CESR) and as an input to more rigorous and definitive analysis within that CESR.
