On 18 October 2010, the Director General of Independent Evaluation at the Asian Development Bank received this response from the Managing Director General on behalf of Management on the Asian Development Bank's Assistance for Rural Electrification in Bhutan: Does Electrification Improve Quality of Rural Life?
