The Asian Development Bank and Association of Southeast Asian Nations Secretariat, have a mutual interest in fostering partnership to promote regional cooperation and integration in ASEAN. Both sides acknowledge that the aim of their collaboration is to help accelerate ASEAN regional cooperation and integration process in Asia.
