Description
The 2012 Multitranche Financing Facility (MFF) Annual Report consolidates and analyzes information prepared by regional departments, the Controller’s Department, the Office of Cofinancing Operations, and the Operations Services and Financial Management Department (OSFMD) of Asian Development Bank (ADB). The report provides an ADB-wide overview of the MFF, and assesses and analyzes the overall trends in MFF implementation and portfolio performance to December 2012. The report was prepared based on guidelines provided by the 2011 Staff Instructions for the MFF.
