Description
Validates the completion report's assessment of the program designed to reduce poverty in Pakistan by developing the microfinance sector to provide financial and social services to the poor. The program initiated an integrated package of policy reforms, institutional development and outreach expansion for the microfinance sector to grow. IED overall assessment: Partly successful.
