Description
Validates the completion report's assessment of the project which sought to increase access to credit of small and medium enterprises and emerging exporters in Pakistan. The project sought to offer more options for market-based financing and risk-mitigation instruments, support banking and export community to conduct structured trade, and facilitate reforms in subsidized export financing schemes. IED overall assessment: Unsuccessful.
