Description
The Papua New Guinea country operations business plan (COBP), 2013–2015 is the third under the Papua New Guinea country partnership strategy (CPS), 2011–2015. It is aligned with the CPS 2011–2015 that was developed in close consultation with the government and other stakeholders, and is well-aligned with the government’s Development Strategic Plan, 2010–2030 and the Medium Term Development Plan, 2011–2015 which aimed at helping Papua New Guinea in implementing policies that convert its resource wealth into inclusive economic growth.
