Description
The country operations business plan (COBP), 2013–2015 for Sri Lanka follows the strategic thrusts identified in the country partnership strategy (CPS), 2012–2016, which was endorsed by the Board in October 2011. The CPS is aligned with the government’s development policy framework, and focuses on three pillars: (i) inclusive and sustainable economic growth, (ii) catalyzing private investment and enhancing the effectiveness of public investment, and (iii) human resources and knowledge development.
