Description
Established in February 2005, the Asian Tsunami Fund (ATF) was the first facility of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to channel funds specifically for disaster recovery and reconstruction on a regional basis. The ATF is in its fourth year of operation. This status report of the Asian Tsunami Fund is the tenth semiannual report and covers the period from July to December 2010.
