Description
Soon after the ADF XI replenishment, ADF donors agreed to grant Myanmar access to ADF XI resources and a special initial allocation. In January 2013, the Board of Directors approved Myanmar’s access to ADF XI resources and an initial special allocation as an exception to the PBA policy. This report explains the main features of the tenth replenishment arrangements and outlines several policy issues.
