This provides the terms of reference for Office of the Auditor General (OAG) of the Asian Development Bank, and describes among others, its mission, scope of work, and responsibilities. OAG assists Management and the Audit Committee of the Board by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes in ADB.
