Description
This country operations business plan (COBP), 2012–2014 is fully consistent and aligned with the priorities of the new country partnership strategy (CPS) for Uzbekistan for 2012–2016. The COBP includes operational support for transport, energy, municipal services, water, and access to finance. Support for the key drivers of change is integrated into the proposed sector-based operational assistance. In addition, stand-alone technical assistance is proposed for demand-led reforms and the creation and exchange of knowledge products in key areas.
