This may involve different modalities, sectors, or countries. Syntheses of Evaluation FindingsWere prepared between 1995 and 2000, and present evaluation findings for nine countries and seven sectors. Technical Assistance Completion ReportsAre prepared to benefit from experience and to improve TA planning, formulation, and implementation. Technical Assistance Performance EvaluationsEvaluate technical assistance projects. Usually, several TAs are covered in the same report. This series was discontinued in 2007. TA will be evaluated as part of other evaluations. Technical Assistance ReportsProvide a full specification of the technical assistance including impact, outcome, outputs, cost, financing, implementation, and terms of reference. ValidationsAre prepared for project and program completion reports, and country partnership strategy completion reports where preparation of a full country assistance program evaluation is not practicable.
